Lime Springs.

Mrs. Kate Stevens passed away on the morning of the 5th, at her home in Lime Springs, surrounded by all her children. Mrs. Stevens had been in very poor health for some time, but fought a brave battle and succumbed only when the lingering illness had worn away her strength. She was a loving mother, kind and generous neighbor and a sincere Christian, and will be mourned by a large circle of friends. The bereaved children have the heartfelt sympathy of all. We will write full obituary for next issue.

The remains of Mrs. Stevens were taken to Buffalo Grove for interment beside those of her husband last week Thursday.
