Mrs. Minnie Ihns,86, rites set for Thursday
Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Ihns, 86, of Lime Springs will be held Thursday at the St. Paul's Lutheran church with the Rev. Paul C. Nelson officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill cemetery with the Lindstrom Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. She died August 15.
Mrs. Ihns was born Sept. 17, 1890 near Riceville, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs Peter Michaelsen.
She is survived by her children, Arnold Ihns, Jr., of Cresco, Mrs. Robert (Louise) McCunniff of Waterloo, Mrs. William (Hazel) Bronner of Cresco, Delbert Ihns of Lime Springs, Gladys Ihns of Chester; a step son, Francis Ihns of Chester; 17 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.Times Plain Dealer August 17, 1977 P11A
