Thomas Wayne Hovey, 74, of Cedar Rapids died Monday, January 25, 2010 in Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy. As per his wishes, there will be no services. He was born October 9, 1935 on the family farm in Lime Springs
