June Elizabeth Weber died peacefully June 14, 2015, at Evans Memorial Home in Cresco, IA.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 22, 2015, at Notre Dame Parish, Cresco, IA. Burial will be held in Calvary Cemetery Cresco, IA. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 22, at the church. Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home, 404 North Elm Street, Cresco, IA 52136 is in charge of arrangements.

June was born June 4, 1917 in Austin, Minnesota, and lived to celebrate her 98th birthday on June 4, 2015. She was the oldest of 3 children born to Walt and Fannie (Gillson) Rush. June was baptized on September 16, 1917 at Christ Episcopal Church in Austin, Minnesota. She graduated from Cresco High School in 1935. June married Henry Weber on February 26, 1938, at the Assumption Catholic Church in Cresco. To this union two sons were born, Robert and H. T. "Tom." June and Henry farmed south of Cresco, and later in life they moved to Cresco where she worked many years in the County Engineer's office and later retired from that job. She was an avid bowler for several years and she and Henry loved dancing and playing cards as well.

She is survived by a granddaughter, Kristie Brincks of Lawler; three great-grandchildren, Paul (Chelsea) Brincks of Paragould, Arkansas, Melissa (Nick) Taylor of Plainfield and Kayla Brincks of Lawler; two great-great grandchildren Brody and Amelia Brincks, four nieces; Carol (Robinson) Martin, Kay Robinson, Connie (Robinson) Johnson and Susan Rush, Step-granddaughter MaLinda Smith and daughter-in-law Helen Weber.

Preceding her in death were her parents, brother Tom Rush and sister Beryle Robinson; husband Henry in 1988; sons Robert in 2010 and Tom in 2013; two daughter-in laws Marilyn Hereid and Betty Brown; granddaughter Sheila (Weber) Ferch in 1987 and nephew Tommy Rush.
