YOUNG--In Cresco, Iowa, July 17th 1893, Lena Alice, wife of Henry W. Young, aged about 37 years. Obituary hereafter.

OBITUARY.

Lena Alice Potter, daughter of C. R. and Mary E. Potter, and wife of Henry W. Young, was born at Lena, Ill., Sept 22, 1856, and was married and moved to Cresco in 1878. One child was born to them, Miss Mary Young, a bright and interesting girl is the hope, comfort, and consolation of her surviving parent. Mrs. Young had been in failing and precarious health for several years, her trouble which was of a bronchial nature, baffling the best medical skill which could be obtained. Resignedly to her impending fate she bade her child, mother and husband good bye in full faith of future happiness with them in the blessed hereafter. Mrs. Young was a noble wife and a good mother. A profusion of beautiful flowers and the large atendance{sp} of the people at her funeral attest the hold she had in public esteem. With the sorrowing and bereaved family there is public sympathy deep and sincere.
