DIED.

DELL--At the home of his grand-parents, in Howard Center, Feb. 22, 1893, Willie Walter, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. M. Dell of Ashcroft S. D. aged three months and 27 days.

The Lord has a beautiful garden,
Its gates are of pearl and gold,
And its slopes are nearer Heaven,
Than this land with breezes cold.

He looked on this beautiful flower,
And Lovingly mine it must be,
And with the tenderest smile he said,
Give this little flower to me.

And into the gates that are golden
And over the fadeless plain,
And close by the wonderful river of life,
He has planted the flower again.

"And there in a death less splendor,
It blooms and brightens to-day,
And there in an endless, marvelous light,
It will bloom and brighten alway."

C.T.H.
