DROWNED.

Benjamin Price, son of Mrs. Jane Price of Albion, and brother of Mrs. Wm. F. Rathert and of George Price of Cresco, was drowned at Memphis, Tenn., a few days ago. It seems that he was engaged to work on a boat plying on the river and fell overboard and was drowned. His brother who was with him sent the sad news, but the particulars of the fatality are lacking. At the time his dispatch was sent the body had not been recovered.
