Gen. Benjamin F. Butler, died in Washington City yesterday morning. He was born Nov. 5, 1818, he was 74 years old at his last birthday. Gen. Butler has stood at the head of the bar as an attorney in the discussion of questions of constitutional law for nearly half a century.
