From the Geneva Republican we learn of the death of Miss Lucy A. Mead at Beloit, Wis., aged nearly 70 years. She was an aunt of C. B. Mead of the Republican and cousin of the publishers of the PLAIN DEALER. One brother, Andrew Mead, and Mrs. Eliza J. Cadman of Beloit are all that remain of the children of Amon Mead whose daughter she was.
