DIED.

DECKER--In Paris twp., Howard Co., Iowa, of consumption, April 9th, 1892, Joseph Decker, aged 23 years, 1 month and 13 days.

He was buried in the New Oregon Cemetery April 11th, the funeral services being conducted by Rev. E. N. Heimann.

Deceased was born in Germany and came to this country with his parents when about 6 years old, and was afflicted by the death of his mother two years later. His relative, John Derr, sent him to schools, both to English district school and to the German school during two winters.
