DIED.

PERKINS.--In New Oregon, Feb'y 8, 1892, Maria, wife of H. H. Perkins, aged about 62 years.

Deceased had been a resident of Howard county some thirty-six years, residing in the village of New Oregon until about 1868, when Mr. Perkins moved onto his farm south-east of the village. She was a good neighbor, an indulgent mother, an industrious prudent wife. Two sons, a married daughter, Mrs. J. W. Booth, and her husband survive her.

DIED.

PERKINS--In New Oregon Twp. Feb. 8th, 1892, Mrs. Maria Perkins, aged 62 years.

Mrs. Perkins was born in New London, Huron Co. Ohio, in 1830; was married to H. H. Perkins, at Greenfield, Ohio, in 1852, her maiden name being Maria White. They lived at Greenfield a couple of years, then came to Rock Co. Wis. where they lived but one year, when they came to Howard County, Iowa, in 1855, and {remainder of article missing)
