GROBEL.--In Cresco, Iowa, April 2, 1891, of heart disease, P. L. Grobel, aged 41 years and 9 months.

Deceased was born near Christiana, Norway, in 1849, came to the U. S. in 1871, locating at Decorah, from there coming to Cresco one year later. He was married February 22, 1873, to Mary A. Iverson of Hesper, three sons and two daughters, with their widowed mother survive him. Mr. Grobel since he came to Cresco has conducted a merchant tailoring establishment, meeting with good success. He was highly esteemed as a citizen, friend and neighbor, and his untimely death is universally regretted.

Transcriber's Note: Cemetery records indicate Mr. Grobel's first name was Peter.
