GRAF--In Cresco, Iowa, April 3rd, 1891, Loretta C., oldest daughter of Nicholas and Catharine Graf, aged 21 years, 7 months and 17 days.

Deceased was born in Saratoga township, Howard county, August 17th, 1869. She had been a student in the Academy of the Assumption in Cresco, and had taught school in this county for a number of years. Her funeral was from the Catholic Church, the interment taking place in St. Joseph's cemetery last Sabbath. Beautiful floral offerings were made by the young people of the Catholic Church, and also by the teachers of the Howard County Normal Institute now in session.

Sorrow and sympathy for the family in this sore bereavement and loss of a lovely and esteemed daughter and sister are universal with all classes of our people.
