Dr. D. J. Lathrop of Granger died of heart disease last Friday night. Some few years since the Dr. had the misfortune to lose his sight, but had successfully continued his practice since, as well as maintaining the drug trade. He was held in high esteem as a man and a citizen deservedly. His remains were sent to his old home, East Aurora, Erie county, N. Y., for interment.
