DIED--At his home in Sacremento, Cal., Jan. 2nd, Isaiah Harlow, aged 58 years.

He was an old settler of this county and an uncle of Mrs. J. D. Hayes and John L. Harlow. Mr. Harlow has been in poor health for four years. He and his wife moved from Riceville three years ago to California, thinking it would improve his health which it did, until about six months ago when he caught a severe cold which settled on his lungs. New Years day he sat up all day but was taken worse that night and died in ten minutes. He leaves a wife and six children to mourn the loss of a good and beloved husband and father.
