This community was shocked to hear of the death of Ed Johnson, which occurred through an auto accident Monday evening. Floyd Targerson, Leslie Decker and Ed Johnson were in a Ford roadster when it turned over end-ways. Mr. Johnson lived only a few minutes after the accident. Mr. Decker had his eye injured and it was feared he would lose his sight in that eye. Mr. Targerson, who was driving, was uninjured. Mr. Johnson with his family lived in this city for three years. He built the little store and ran a filling station. He has been a carpenter and contractor for many years and put up several buildings around here. He will be sadly missed by his wife and six little children.
