Eleanor Brown,93,interment to be later

Eleanor M. Brown, 93, died November 3, 1988 at Evans Memorial Home. Interment will be at a later date in Oak Lawn Cemetery with Bradley-Lindstrom Funeral Home in charge.

Eleanor M. Brown was born August 13, 1895 in Chicago, IL to William and Annie (Halvorson) Mill. She married LeRoy Brown and they were later divorced. Eleanor left Cresco in 1939, returning two years ago from Ankeny when she entered Evans Home.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Grace Engeldinger of Iowa City and a son, Charles W. Brown of Cedar Falls; also five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
