Memorial services for Emma Aegler of Hemet, CA. formerly of Cresco were held on Tuesday, February 20, 2001 at 10:a.m. at McWane Family Funeral Home in Hemet, CA. Inurnment was in Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA.

Emma 82, died at Hemet Valley Medical Center.

Emma Frances Aegler was born October 24, 1918 in Cresco.

She worked for Howard County as a Deputy Clerk for 15 years.

She enjoyed playing cards, bingo, quilting and traveling.

Survivors include her husband, John C. of Hemet, CA; two daughters: Darlene Hall of Hemet and Joan Frank of Renton, WA; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters: Eleanor Lester of Dubuque, Florence Walker of Byron, MN and Mildred Schaber of Cuba City, WI; and one brother: John Steffen of Dubuque.
