DIED.

McVEAN--In Sylvester, Green County Wisconsin April 30, 1878, Peter McVean in the 67 year of his age.

Mr. McVean was also born in Montgomery Co. N. Y. at Johnstown, from whence he removed to Newark Wis., in 1843, removing to Green County some ten years since. He was among the best and truest of men in all the walks of life, and leaves all who survive him and knew the man to mourn his demise.
