DIED.

REEVE.--In Riceville, Iowa, on the morning of Dec., 22d, 1877, of inflamation, Mrs. Hattie Reeve, aged about 36 years, wife of Scott Reeve and sister of James Coles, of this place.

She leaves a large circle of sorrowing friends and relatives, and three young children to mourn that deepest of all losses, a mother; but it is their great comfort to know, she "is not lost but gone before."
