Howard Phillips Died in Mercy Hospital Monday

Howard C. Phillips died at Mercy hospital at seven o’clock Monday morning. Funeral services will be held at the Bradley funeral home this afternoon at 2 o’clock. The Rev. Geo. W. Turner, pastor of the Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be at Bonair. Mr. Phillips was 78 years old. He is survived by Mrs. Phillips and their two children, Everett of Cresco and a daughter Lela living in California.
