Immediately following their marriage, they started farming seven and one-half miles southwest of Cresco, the farm on which a son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bina, now live.

Mr. and Mrs. Mrachek retired from the farm in November, 1944, when they moved to Cresco.

Surviving Mr. Mrachek, in addition to his wife, are four children, George Mrachek, Mrs. Charles Bina, Arthur Mrachek and Frank Mrachek, all of Cresco, and seven grandchildren.

Also surviving are two brothers, Joseph Mrachek of Cresco, and Mike Mrachek of Spokane, Washington, and four sisters, Mrs. Josephine Bouska and Mrs. Wm. Hosek, both of Cresco, Mrs. Joseph Riha of Protivin, and Mrs. John Kubik of Cresco.
