Services November 8 for Herman Frahm

Services for Herman Frahm, 91, were held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Maple Leaf Thursday, November 8. The Rev. Barbara M. Will officiated with interment in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Maple Leaf. Conway Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Herman Henry Frahm was born May 25, 1899, in Howard county, the son of August and Anna (Krumm) Frahm. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul’s Maple Leaf Lutheran Church where he remained a life time member.

Herman attended the rural schools and then farmed north of Elma on his parents’ farm. He retired in 1964 and in 1976, Herman moved to Cresco. He moved to Austin, MN in 1987.

Herman is survived by two sisters, Ida Groth of Elma and Amanda Walter of Cresco.

Preceding him in death were his parents, four brothers, John, Arthur, Albert and Ernest and a sister, Lydia.
