Mrs. Clara Dotzler funeral held Tuesday

Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Dotzler, 79, who died Friday at the Howard County hospital, were at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, at the Assumption Catholic church in Cresco with Msgr. L.H. Reicks officiating. Burial was in the Howard Center cemetery with Bradley-Lindstrom Funeral home in charge of arrangements.

Clara Marie Dotzler was born June 16, 1900 to Clinton and Anna (Kappes) Morgan in Illinois.

She is survived by two sons, Henry, Jr. of Lime Springs and Gerald of Fountain Hills, Ariz.; 14 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs. Elsie Bennett, Mrs. Ruth Horn, Mrs. Evelyn McCleskey and Mrs. Doris Palmer, all of Chicago, Ill., and Mrs. Pauline Braun of Harvey, Ill., and a brother, Joe Morgan of Indiana.

Preceding her in death were her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn McKitrick and a sister, Mrs. Helen Strutz.
