Clara Brockmeyer, 91, services at Lime Springs

Funeral services for Mrs. John (Clara) Brockmeyer, formerly of Cresco and Lime Springs, were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 9 in the United Methodist church in Lime Springs. The Rev. Dwight Grovesnor officiated with burial in Howard Center cemetery. Bradley-Lindstrom Funeral Home made the arrangements. She died October 6 in Des Moines General hospital at the age of 91.

Clara Brockmeyer was born in Ridgeway to William and Elizabeth Kuntz on March 30, 1891.

She is survived by her husband, John; three daughters, Mrs. Harmon (Wilma) Hinners of Spring Valley, Minn., Mrs. Lois DeJoode of Pleasantville, and Mrs. Robert (Zelda) Clark of Saranac, Mich.; 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Alma Reinart of Cedar Falls.
