PAUL – At Howard Center, April 24, 1883, Emmie May, youngest daughter of William T. and Louise Paul, Aged 7 years, 2 months and 6 days.

Oh! We miss you, darling Emmie,
We shall see you here no more.
Though our hearts are almost broken,
You have crossed the golden shore.

And this thought shall bring us comfort,
E’en amid our falling tears;
For we there may hope to meet you,
Happy through eternal years.
