Infant Herbert Frederick Walter

Herbert Frederick Walter, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Walter, was born near Davis Corners, Howard county, Iowa, Feb. 5, 1909, and died at the same place May 13, 1909, age 3 months and 8 days.

Short and few were the days allotted to him in which to brighten the home of his parents. He won the love of all, who also did what they could to keep him with them, but soon he was taken away. The parents, one brother and one sister and many friends mourn their loss.

The funeral took place at the Albion Evangelical Church on Saturday afternoon, May 15, conducted by the Rev. J. C. Schwab.
