Funeral Services For Laurine Lukesh

Laurine, daughter of Albert and Eleanor Lukesh, was born in Protivin, Iowa, April 21, 1907, and died at the Ord Hospital Wednesday afternoon, September 18, 1935, aged 28 years, 4 months, and 28 days. Funeral services were held Friday and interment was in Ord cemetery.

When a small child Laurine came with her parents to Valley county and lived on a farm near Ord. Later they moved to the town of Ord, where she grew up and received her schooling.

Gifted in music, she took extensive training in piano and for a number of years had a class of private pupils.

She leaves her mother and father, one brother, Eugene, and two sisters, Florence and Olga, all of Ord, besides numerous other relatives and friends.
