DEATH OF MRS. W. E. WHITESIDE

The body of Mrs. Will Whiteside was brought from LeRoy Friday afternoon for burial in Riverside cemetery. The funeral service was held at the home in LeRoy, but a number of friends gathered at the cemetery, where prayer and a short burial service was conducted by Rev. C. C. Casper.

Katie Mabel, only child of J. W. and Maggie E. Adams, was born in Clayton County, Iowa, June 10th, 1879.

She came with her parents to Riceville, Iowa, when but a child, where she lived until her marriage to W. E. Whiteside. They made McIntire their home for a short time, then moved to Chester, but for the last eight years have lived at LeRoy, Minn., at which place she passed away June 27th, 1917, leaving to mourn her, her husband, six sons and three daughters, her devoted mother, one half-sister, one half-brother, and many other friends and relatives.
