Married in North Dakota.
Mrs. Lillian Bowers and Alfred Anderson, a son of Anthony Anderson, formerly of Cresco, were married on Dec. 16th at Williston, North Dakota. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson arrived Tuesday night from Williston, and expect to return to Williston in a couple of weeks to spend the winter. A host of friends join with us in wishing them happiness and prosperity in their new home in Montana, a local newspaper mentioning them as follows:
Alfred, John and Alice Anderson, of Williston, and Lillian Bowers of Cresco, Iowa, were visitors here Thursday and Friday of last week. The party looked over the reservation in search of a homestead and were so well pleased with the prospects of the country and the land surrounding that they decided to locate here and cast their lot with us. John Anderson and Lillian Bowers acquired a nice half-section of land and will commence their residence on it in the spring.—Wolf Point Herald, Montana.
