Haven-Nesheim.
Yesterday morning, June 19, 1911, at 10:30, Willis E. Haven and Miss Ella M. Nesheim were united in marriage. The ceremony was performed by Rev. W. M. Lemen at the house of the bride’s parents on Washington street. Only a few relatives were present.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. S. Nesheim of this city. During the past few years she has been instructor in music in the public schools and a singer in one of the church choirs of Cresco. It was at Cresco that she met Mr. Haven, who is an attorney there. The groom, though comparatively unknown in Decorah, has made a number of acquaintances in his visits here, who will join with the host of the bride’s friends in this city in best wishes for their marital happiness.
Mr. and Mrs. Haven left yesterday Minneapolis for a short wedding trip. They will live in Cresco.—Decorah Journal.
