Wednesday morning, June 21st, at the home of the officiating clergyman, H. J. Hinman, occurred the marriage of Harriet Seavey to Arthur Chester Irvine, both of Riceville.
The bride is a daughter of Rufus Seavey and is a young lady of sterling qualities, universally beloved by all who know her. The groom is a son of James Irvine, of Afton, and is a man well worthy of the wife he has won.
The bridal couple were accompanied to Cresco by a sister of the bride, Miss Eunice Seavev, and Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Brown. Mr. and Mrs. Irvine left on the noon train for a trip to the Twin Cities, after which they will reside on the Irvine farm in Jamestown.
The PLAIN DEALER joins with their hosts of friends in wishing for them many years of happiness and prosperity.
