F. A. Eckstein is Married.
F. A. Eckstein gave his friends here, abouts a decided surprise Tuesday by his return from a trip east bringing with him a bride. Fred started out a few weeks ago to visit the International Stock Show at Chicago. He did this, all right, but something lured him farther to the eastward and after visiting at Mayfield and Cleveland, Ohio, he journeyed on to Buffalo, N. Y., where on Wednesday, Dec. 9th, he was married to Miss Anna E. Riedel. Visits to Niagara Falls, Mayfield, Cleveland and other points were made before starting home, where they arrived Tuesday morning. All of the groom’s acquaintances unite with The Independent in extending heartiest congratulations to him on this happy event. Fred is one of our most prosperous farmers and a highly respected citizen in every way. His bride is a stranger here, but she will receive a cordial welcome everywhere from her husband’s friends. — Le Roy Independent.
