Silver Wedding Anniversary.
Last Monday, the 5th, was the 25th anniversary of the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. August Henke, of Saratoga Township, and to properly celebrate the event their friends for miles around to the number of about 250 gathered at their home during the afternoon and evening of that day and spent a highly enjoyable time in feasting, dancing and social conversation. As a mark of the esteem in which Mr. and Mrs. Henke are held, they were presented with a nice purse of silver and some articles of silverware.
