Married.
Last Thursday evening, the 19th at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Fields, occurred the marriage of their daughter, Lucy E., to Lynn A. Kellow, only son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Kellow. The ceremony was strictly private, only the immediate relatives of the contracting parties being present with the exception of the Misses Bertie Scott and Winnie Lathrop. The house was decorated with golden rod and asparagus and at the appointed hour the bridal party took their position in a corner of the parlor which was banked to the ceiling with the golden rod and aspargus. Rev. Hill, their pastor, united them with the beautiful ring ceremony. The bride was dressed in pure white and carried bride's roses. The groom wore the conventional black.
The presents were numerous and costly. Among them was a beautiful hand painted sugar and creamer from Dr. and Mrs. Rathbun, of Prairie du Chien.
The PLAIN DEALER joins with a host of friends and acquaintances of this young couple in hearty congratulations and good wishes for a long, happy and prosperous married life.
