FOOTE—MILLINGTON.—In Cresco, Ia., Thursday, December 7, 1899, by Rev. O. H. Holmes, Mr. H. B. Foote, Editor of the Times, Stewartville, Minn., and Miss Emma Millington of this city.
Mr. Foote is an intelligent, well educated man, of good address and has a bride of many accomplishments, beside being a fine compositor capable of holding a case in her husbands print shop.
