LANE-BIRDSELL—In the Auditorium of the First Baptist church of South Bend, Indiana, June 8, 1898, by Rev. C. D. Case, pastor of that church, Rev. W. K. Lane, of Cresco, Iowa, and Miss Anna Birdsell, of Lawton, Michigan.
About three hundred friends of the bride and groom witnessed the ceremony and bid them a pleasant voyage on the sea of matrimony, and at the reception given them Monday evening the 13th, fully as many Cresco people will unite to welcome them to our city and its hospitalities and to wish them all the good and joy of life, in which the PLAIN DEALER heartily joins.
