Miss Belle Helmer and Bert Webster left Tuesday evening for New York City where they will sail for Europe. Their destination is Poelsti, Roumania, going there to meet Mr. Webster’s brother Elmer who is employed in the oil fields at that place. Elmer Webster and Miss Helmer are to be married after their arrival, and will make their home there.
