Mount Pleasant Asylum / Henry County Death Record 1874

Hello, I am researching a relative of mine who was sent to the Mount Pleasant Asylum in February 1874 and unfortunately died in April 1874. I am looking for any records available from Mount Pleasant Asylum or any County death record available for him from 1874. Name is Samuel F Scott born 2 Dec 1825 & died 28 April 1874. He was a physician in Wilton, Iowa but was declared insane in February 1874. He died at age 49 and I'm not sure what from. Looking to understand more about what happened to him. Thanks.
