I'm looking for info on Porter Hale and his wives who lived in Winfield, Scott or Wayne township, Henry county. In 1850 census his first wife is Louisa and 4 children: Jane, Dorothy, Albert, and Martha. In 1880 census Porter is married to Nancy (possibly Hanks) with 2 sons: James and Charly. Sometime in that 30 years he lost a wife and 4 children. Any help with cemetary names,or where to find records, death certificates (did they have them?) or marraige records for Porter & Nancy would be appreciated. Thanks, Lori
