James A. Roberts

Looking for information for a James A. Roberts. Nothing is known about James, although he is listed in his mother's obituary (San Jose Mercury Herald, Sept. 23, 1920)as living in Lowell, Iowa. James' mother was Elizabeth Williams, born to John H. WIlliams and Jane Broad. Elizabeth was born Nov. 2, 1849 in Devonshire, England. The family eventually moved to Michigan, and after some time, eventually to California. Elizabeth's first husband was a Mr. George. Her second husband was James Roberts, and her third husband was Samuel Huntington. Elizabeth died September 22, 1920 and she is buried at Los Gatos Cemetery, Los Gatos, Santa Clara County, California.
