I was looking at the photo you have of the Budde-Singer Building, 110 North Main Street, Mt. Pleasant" and am wondering what year the photo was taken. My great grandfather Julius Lippman was the owner of the bakery/resturant which burned down in 1882. He died in Mt. Pleasant Jan. 25, 1884. Although I don't have a picture of him, I noticed a strong resemblance to my grandfather (Julius Lippman Jr) to one of the gentlemen in your photo.
