CHAPMAN, DANIELS, CARROLL

I have very little information about my father's family. I know he was born in New London, Iowa to Arthur E. & Nora (Daniels) Chapman. She died when my father was 8 years old. He and Arthur lived in Quincy, IL, Adams county. He had a half brother who was 20 years older than him, Emmett. That's about all I know, except that I have an Irish certificate issued to a Patrick Carroll in 1866. My dad told Mom that they were grandparents. I would really appreciate any information anyone could provide. Thank You
