Mount Pleasant Insane Asylum

My great great grandmother Rhoda Heffner was listed at a patient in the asylum in the 1930 Federal Census. Is there any way to find out about her medical records to see what her admitting diagnosis was? I am pretty sure she was admitted between 1901 and 1910. We do have some family members suffering from dementia and mental illness in the family and it would be beneficial to know this information.
