John & Sarah Butler Clark

I am searching for any info on my ancestors John and Sarah (Butler) Clark who lived on the Skunk River in Henry County from 1842-1845. Did they live near relatives?, What brought them from Ohio to Iowa in those early days? Any help appreciated.
