Schantz/Rich family information

I am searching for the parents of Joseph Schantz married to Mary Rich. One of their sons was David R Schantz (my great-grandfather) who married Ada Christner. I know CK Schantz is Joseph's brother. I have exhausted the family information handed down to me which didn't include the parents of Joseph and Mary. I know Joseph is the generation that dropped the "T" from the beginning of the Schantz name. If anyone has information with these individuals it would be greatly appreciated.
