Land Deed, Henry Co., Jackson Twp.

The 1895 plat map of Jackson Twp., Henry Co. IA posted on the Henry Co. webpage indicates ownership of 120 ac. in Sec. 27 by Jesse Massey. Also in Sec. 27, 20 ac. are in the name of Mary HAMPTON.
Can anyone tell me what the Deed book in Henry Co. shows about these 20 ac. in particular in the name of Mary HAMPTON. I'm trying to find what it says and what the ownership of the land is when it transferred to another person.
The 1895 Henry Co. census shows a Fred Hampton, 16 yrs. old, working as a farm hand on the land of Jesse Massey. I need the relationship of these Hamptons and Massey.
Appreciate any help and will reimburse for costs of documents and research fees.
