Ida May Ridinger, 103, formerly of the White Oak Trenton community, died at 2:15 P.M. Thursday, September 30, 1999, at the home of her granddaughter Martha Widmer, west of Wayland.

The funeral service was at 2 P.M. today, Monday, October 4, at Beatty Funeral Home in Wayland with the Rev. Ruben Chupp and the Rev. Roger Farmer officiating. Burial was in Greenmound Cemetery west of Trenton. Memorials can be made to Greenmound Cemetery.

Mrs. Ridinger was born May 6, 1896 on the family farm west of Trenton, the daughter of John and Sophia Ensminger Schadt. She married John Raymond Ridinger on Feb. 2, 1921. He died March 26, 1952. She lived on her farm wet of Trenton until the age of 96. She attended Star School west of Trenton.

Survivors include her daughter, Cecile Graber of West Burlington, three grandchildren, and one great-grandson. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and three sisters.
