Osa Nordstrom, 81, Broomfield, Colorado, passed away Saturday April 28, 1984 in Lakewood Colorado after an extended illness.

A former resident of Wayland, Osa was born September 7, 1902 in Packwood, Iowa, the daughter of William and Elizabeth Denker Stockman. She was married to John B. Martin for 25 years and on December 8, 1952 at Denver, Colorado, she married Gus Nordstrom, moving from Iowa to Colorado at that time.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors are her husband Gus of Broomfield, Colorado; one son, John (Freddie) Martin of Denver, Colorado; one daughter, Anna Mae Ware of Clemson, South Carolina; three brothers, Ivan Stockman, Downey, California; Louis Stockman, Davenport, Iowa; Virgil Stockman, Ames, Iowa; one sister, Dora Martin, Washington Iowa; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Services were held Tuesday May 1, 1984 from the Darrell Howe Mortuary, 10203 South Boulder Road, Lafayette, Colorado with the Rev. Frank McCall of the United Congregational Church of Eastlake, Colorado. Services were concluded at the chapel.

Contributions in her memory may be given to Hospice of St. John 1320 Everett Court; Lakewood, Colorado.
