Audrey A. (Aurora) Brown, 68, of rural Mount Union, died at 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 22, 1991, at the New London Care Center.

Born July 6, 1922, in Burlington, she was the daughter of George and Aurora Lofgren Schwartz. She married Wilbur C. Brown March 1, 1944, in Burlington.

She was a graduate of Burlington High School. Before her marriage, she worked at the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company. Later she helped her husband farm south of Mount Union. She was of the Protestant faith and a charter member of the Linger Longer Club.

Surviving are her husband; one brother, Allen Schwartz, Los Angeles, Calif.; one sister; Mrs. Marjorie Rose, Burlington; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Elliott Chapel in New London.

The service for Mrs. Brown will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Elliott Chapel with the Rev. James Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the Trinity Cemetery

A memorial has been established for the New London Care Center.
